該機采用濕法膨化工藝，其特點(diǎn)是物料進(jìn)入膨化腔前需進(jìn)行調質(zhì)處理，使物料增溫增濕，并且部分開(kāi)始糊化和熟化，然后進(jìn)入膨化腔內進(jìn)行膨化，該機喂料裝置、切割裝置均采用變頻電機調速控制，并且具有機外排料機構，操作方便。

關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)口，使用用命更長(cháng)，維護成本低；
